Patients arrive on
a recommendation. Not an ad.

Consultations, procedures and treatment packages, with the two things that actually fill a clinic diary: a strong Google presence and patients introducing people they know. Reward rules are set per item, so clinical care can be excluded from earning entirely while retail and elective services still do.

What you exclude matters
as much as what you reward.

A rewards programme designed for retail does not drop cleanly into healthcare. So the earn rules are set per item, and a line can be set to earn nothing at all — which is the setting most clinics use for consultations and procedures.

Clinical lines earn nothing

Set consultations, procedures and prescribed treatment to a zero rate. No incentive attaches to a clinical decision, and the patient still gets the booking, the reminder and the receipt.

Retail and elective lines earn

Skincare, supplements, aesthetics, dental hygiene, physiotherapy blocks, wellness packages — the lines a patient chooses freely can carry points at the rate you set.

The review is about the visit

The bonus is released for writing a review, never for writing a good one, and it rewards completing the journey rather than the rating. A patient who had a bad experience earns it too.

Listing fields are category-specific. Practitioner detail, prescription flags and the fields your category requires are part of the listing setup — tell us what applies during onboarding.

These are assumptions, not results. We are early, and our participation figures come from a beta cohort too small to publish. Plan on the cautious column.

Based on a participation range of 3–15% writing a review and 1–3% referring someone, applied to attending patients. Nothing here is a clinical or outcome claim.

Set your earn rules first. Then open the diary.
