Engine 02 · Advocacy

Your customers advertise to
people who actually trust them.

Organic Google reviews, Instagram content and tracked referrals — all triggered by a payment you already took. Not an anonymous star out of five, but a verified purchase carrying a name and a face, seen by people who recognise the buyer.

01

Reviews

Verified reviews tied to a real payment, written in CURD and ready to paste on Google. A bonus in loyalty points unlocks within 48 hours.

02

Content

Reels, posts and stories on CURD — and on Instagram, if they share there too — earn cashback and land with the people who already trust the person posting.

03

Referrals

Tracked to conversion and attributed to the customer who made the introduction. You pay only on closed business.

The loop

Advocacy compounds. Ads don't.

Every purchase starts a loop, and each turn brings in someone new. Engines 02 and 03 run it together — advocacy creates the proof, loyalty pays for it.

01

They pay

Base points land at payment — on your channels or on the marketplace.

02

They review

A bonus unlocks within 48 hours. We copy the review so they can paste it on Google, if they like.

03

They post

A reel, post or story on CURD, or on Instagram too, earns cashback and reaches people who trust them.

04

They refer

Referrals are tracked to conversion. You pay only on closed business.

… and the reward they earned brings them back to start it again

On their phone

What your customer actually sees.

The same loop, from the customer’s side: the reward that is already theirs, the review that unlocks the rest, and the post a friend books from.

What your customer sees

The rewards loop from their phone: paid, a review, a post, and a friend booking from that post.

  • Paid, rewards waiting — Part is theirs now, the rest has 48 hours
  • A review unlocks the bonus — Posting it on Google is optional
  • A post earns cashback — On CURD, Instagram optional, within 48 hours
  • A friend books from the post — Straight to the product page

Reviews · Google

Organic Google reviews,
with a name and a face behind each one.

The review lives on your CURD profile and posts to your Google Business Profile in the same tap — so the volume lands where buyers actually search for you.

Verified purchase, every time

No review without a payment behind it, so there is nothing to game and nothing to buy.

Seen by people who know them

Your customers have profiles, connections and a feed. The recommendation carries their reputation, not just a rating.

They can ask the network out loud

An Ask post requests recommendations from their own connections. Your brand can be the answer.

4.2 ★ · 300 strangers

Ratings from people they have never met, so they open three other tabs and compare on price.

On CURD

5.0 ★ · 4 people they follow

Verified purchases by people they know, with the reels to prove it. That is social validation.

Google-safe by design. The bonus rewards completing the loyalty journey, never the rating — and every review is tied to a verified purchase.
Content

Organic reach on Instagram,
that you did not buy.

A customer posts a reel, post or story about their visit on CURD, and on Instagram if they choose, and earns cashback for it: a percentage of the bill that you set, paid to them in full. You pay a 25% service fee on the cashback. It lands in their own feed, in front of people who already trust them, at zero ad spend.

Off by default. Content cashback costs you nothing until you switch it on, and you set the percentage.

Referrals

Paid on closed business. Never on a click.

Set what a referral is worth. The reward you set is shared with the customer who made it, and it releases only when the business actually closes — so nothing is owed in the months where nothing converts.

Tracked end to end

Every introduction followed from sent through to purchased, attributed to the person who made it.

Matched to intent

Requests routed to businesses that actually fit, using purchase and network signal.

20–50% of purchases are driven by word of mouth (McKinsey). Displayed reviews lift conversion by up to 270% (Spiegel Research Center).

The network underneath

CURD is a social network. That is where advocacy comes from.

Your customers do not just hold a points balance. They have a profile, connections and a feed — so what they buy, rate and post is visible to people who actually know them.

A loyalty app lets you talk to one customer. A social network lets that customer talk to everyone they know.

They join for the reward, they stay for the network

The AED 11 welcome gift gets them in. Profiles, connections, groups and a feed keep them coming back.

Every review carries a name and a face

A verified purchase, visible to people who recognise the buyer.

They can ask the network out loud

An Ask post requests recommendations from their own connections.

What it costs

Nothing until it works.

The review funnel

Where a manual ask leaks — and where this doesn't.

Asking at the counter produces 10–20 reviews a month for most businesses, because almost every step loses people. Tying the ask to the payment removes the steps.

A recommendation from someone they know, with your listing attached — and a referral reward if it converts.

On most platforms a recommendation request goes to strangers, or to a search engine. Here it goes to the person's own connections — and if one of them is your customer, your business is the answer, with their name attached to it.

The request is public to their network

Not a form, not a lead sold to four businesses. A question asked out loud among people who know each other.

The answer carries a reputation

A recommendation from someone you follow is worth more than the top result of a search — and it arrives with their verified purchase behind it.

You can be found this way for free

Being named in an Ask post costs nothing. Get discovered is about being surfaced more often.

What you configure

You decide what advocacy is worth.

The review bonus

Matches your base points by default. It is loyalty points, so it costs you only on redemption.

Content cashback

Off by default. Set the percentage of the bill a customer earns for a reel, post or story. You pay a 25% service fee on it.

Referral reward

Set what a closed referral is worth. It is shared with the customer who made the introduction.

Which items qualify

Exclude low-margin lines from earning, or weight the rate by category.

Questions

The ones that come up.

Is rewarding reviews allowed?

The bonus rewards completing the loyalty journey, never the rating. A customer earns it for leaving a review, not for leaving a good one — and every review is tied to a verified purchase, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to fake.

What if someone leaves a bad review?

They still earn the bonus. That is the point — a rating distribution built only from happy customers is not credible, and platforms detect it. What you get instead is honest volume, which lifts you further than a curated handful.

Do reviews go to Google or stay on CURD?

Both, if the customer chooses. The verified review lives on your CURD profile and feeds your marketplace rank. Google does not allow apps to post for someone, so CURD copies the review and opens Google for them to paste it. That step is optional, and the bonus does not depend on it.

What does content cashback cost?

Nothing until you switch it on. When you do, you choose the percentage of the bill a customer earns for a reel, post or story, and you pay it, plus a 25% service fee on the cashback, only if they post within 48 hours. The customer gets the full amount.

When do I pay for a referral?

Only when the business actually closes. Not on a click, not on a lead, and nothing in the months where nothing converts.
