If you want your own website or app running on CURD's backend — one catalogue serving your channel and the marketplace — that is a different product with its own subscription.

Business Premium is what you unlock inside the CURD app, bought in-app — Basic covers the whole business, Advanced is added per branch. Commerce API is infrastructure for your own channel, bought by conversation and priced by volume. Different products, different decisions.
Connecting your existing POS or ERP is free on every plan and is not the same thing as the Commerce API.
The things merchants ask first.
Do I have to pay anything to sell on CURD?
No. Listing your products and services, selling on the marketplace and being surfaced in search all cost nothing. Marketplace sales carry a commission from 7.5% because the marketplace brought you that customer — your own sales never do.
When do I get paid?
Settlement runs on a payout schedule you can see in your dashboard, with a holding window that covers refunds and disputes. Every payout, fee and adjustment is itemised, so the figure in your dashboard is the figure that reaches your bank.
Is there a contract?
No minimum term, no lock-in and no migration to leave. Basic is billed monthly or annually for the business, Advanced per branch, and you can cancel before the first charge.
What if I never use the marketplace?
Then you never pay a commission. Everything on your own channels is free, permanently.
Do my customers have to download the app?
Not for the QR menu or bill payment — those open in a browser. Marketplace orders use the CURD app, and that is where the AED 11 welcome gift and the rewards network live.
What does it cost my customer?
Nothing to receive rewards. A service fee applies only if they choose to pay with CURD outside the marketplace, and it is paid by them, never by you — your card charges are unchanged.
What happens to unredeemed points?
They stay on your books as a liability until spent. Points stay valid for the validity period you set; the review bonus and cashback have 48 hours to unlock.
Can I run this alongside my POS?
Yes. CURD does not replace your operations system — connections to widely used platforms are built during onboarding and are free on every plan.
